RH Analytics LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as Medicare Metrics ("Medicare Metrics," "we," "us," or "our"), provides data-driven reports, comparisons, and commission-exposure analytics on Medicare Advantage plans, built from public U.S. government (CMS) filings, for independent insurance agents, agencies, and marketing organizations. We offer a free tier and paid subscriptions.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers all of our properties: our website at medicaremetrics.ai, our reports site at go.medicaremetrics.ai, and the Medicare Metrics subscription application (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
Information you provide. What we collect depends on how you use the Service:
We do not ask for your Social Security number, health information, or any other sensitive information.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and web beacons), including your IP address, general (approximate) location, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and information about how you interact with the Site and our ads. This information does not by itself identify you and is used mainly to operate and secure the Service and to measure and improve our advertising.
Usage information tied to your account. If you have an account, we also record how you use the Service — including which counties and datasets you view in a given month. We use this to enforce free-tier limits, to understand which features are useful, and to support you.
We do not collect personal information about you from data brokers or other outside sources, and we do not knowingly collect any "sensitive" personal information.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe using Stripe-hosted checkout. Your full payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never received or stored by Medicare Metrics. We receive only a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status — plan, seat count, billing period, and whether a payment succeeded or failed. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Billing and cancellation terms are in our Terms of Use.
We use cookies and similar technologies — including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, and YouTube video embeds — to understand how visitors reach and use the Service and to measure and target our advertising. YouTube embeds may set cookies when a video loads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your Meta/Facebook and Google ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Service function.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in these limited ways:
Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states) may give you the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. California residents also have rights under the "Shine the Light" law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of the "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, the Meta pixel), you can adjust your browser and Meta/Facebook ad settings, or email us at hello@medicaremetrics.ai and we will honor your request.
If you have an account, we keep your account information for as long as your account is open. If you only gave us an email address, we keep it until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Billing and transaction records are kept afterward for as long as we are required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes. Automatically collected usage and analytics information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures — and rely on established service providers — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because no common industry standard for "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We also do not currently detect or respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you wish to opt out of the "sharing" of your information, please use the methods described under "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" above, and we will honor your request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
