These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Medicare Metrics website at go.medicaremetrics.ai (the "Site") and the Medicare Metrics subscription application (together with the Site, the "Service"), operated by RH Analytics LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as Medicare Metrics ("Medicare Metrics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, submitting your email to us, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not affiliated with the U.S. government. Medicare Metrics is a private publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Informational only — not advice

The reports, comparisons, and other content on the Site are for general informational purposes only and are built from public CMS Medicare Advantage filings. They are not medical, insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, keep, or drop any plan. Plan benefits change and government filings can contain errors — always confirm details directly with the plan or with Medicare (1-800-MEDICARE / medicare.gov) before making any decision.

Data sources and accuracy

The underlying data is drawn from public CMS information. We work to present it accurately but make no warranty that the Site or its content is complete, current, or error-free. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Email and communications

If you submit your email address, you agree that we may send you the report you requested and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Medicare Metrics offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page and are shown to you again before you complete a purchase.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — to the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. Receipts and renewal reminders are sent to the email address on your account. You can see your next renewal date, and cancel, at any time in your billing settings — please rely on that page rather than on receiving an email.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds. Monthly plans: we do not refund partial months — cancel and you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first annual charge and we will refund it in full. Later annual renewal charges are not refundable — your renewal date is always shown in your billing settings, and you can cancel before it to avoid the next charge.
Agency seats. Agency plans are billed per seat, with a three-seat minimum. Seats added mid-period are charged pro rata; seats removed take effect at your next renewal.
Price changes. We may change our prices. A change applies only from your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect so that you can cancel if you prefer not to continue.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier.
Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is added where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or copying it in bulk, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The underlying data is public CMS information. Our reports, analysis, design, and presentation are owned by Medicare Metrics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Please do not republish or redistribute them wholesale without our permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Medicare.gov or plan websites). We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medicare Metrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Site or its content. Except for the refund rights described under "Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation" above, your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it and cancel any paid subscription.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
